Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif urged US President Barack Obama to end drone strikes in Pakistan during a meeting in the Oval Office of the White House on Wednesday.
“I brought up the issue of drones in our meeting, emphasizing the need for an end to such strikes,” said Sharif.
The US has captured in Afghanistan the second in command of the Pakistani Taliban, Latif Mehsud in a military operation.
