Minsk failure

It doesn’t mind what was signed in the Minsk agreement on Ukraine. The pro-Russian forces continued their attacks untill they have taken the city of Debaltseve. There were no will to comply untill that strategic town fell in their hands. And now Kiev accused Moscow to send more tanks and troops, in an apparent building of forces to prepare an assault on Mariupol.

NATO has observed columns of Russian equipment, primarily Russian tanks, Russian artillery, Russian air defense systems, and Russian combat troops entering Ukraine over the last 48 hours. Ukraine will have gas for the winter, Poroshenko says

President Pedro Poroshenko announced that Ukraine will have Russian gas for the winter after his meetings with Russian president Vladimir Putin in Milan. Gazprom CEO said that Ukraine has agreed to all terms set by Russia to reach the agreement. The two leaders didn’t make much progress in the peace process in eastern Ukraine. In Donetsk, the rebels have said that they are ready to stop firing if Russia acts as a guarantor of security in the region.

Russia: Children with disabilities face violence, neglect - Human Rights Watch

Nearly 30 percent of all children with disabilities in Russia live in state orphanages where they may face violence and neglect. Russia should stop abuse of children with disabilities in state care, and make it a priority to provide support for children with disabilities to live with their families or in other family settings, rather than in institutions, said Human rights Watch in a press release.

Putin wants more weapons and more control over them

Russian President Putin recalled in a speech that Russia have allocated more than 613,6 billion dollars for the armament programme for 2011-2021, nine times the sum allocated for the previous period that was 67 billion.
